The SHIFT 7 Elements of Engagement is framed around three anchors — vision, co-design, and evaluation — it gives leaders and teams a practical way to see where they stand, where relationships are fragile, and what needs to shift.

SHIFT 7 Elements of Engagement – Training Journey

 

The program is designed as a journey where leaders, teams, and organisations move through each of the seven elements step by step, with time to apply learning, test approaches, and integrate insights into live projects. This can be delivered as a three-day full-immersive workshop or over several months.

It is available in two formats:

  • In-person: Three-day workshop or as a series of monthly 2 hr workshops (plus optional coaching).

  • Online: Delivered as three online day workshops or as 2-hour live sessions via Zoom/Teams (monthly or fortnightly), with resources, guided assignments, and peer coaching in between.

The investment is scalable, depending on the size of group, level of customisation, and whether organisations choose to add extras such as diagnostics, project design, or tailored evaluation reports.
