Strategy - Vision, Co-design & Evaluation
As a systems thinker, I partner with leaders to define and refine strategies that fast-track results and create lasting cultural change. I specialise in co-design, shared vision, and evaluation, ensuring teams and stakeholders are engaged and invested. My work spans initiatives such as redefining native vegetation protection in South Australia, safeguarding internationally migrating shorebirds, and leading collaborations that united a fragmented conservation sector toward shared goals. I have worked extensively alongside First Nations People, industry and Philanthropy.

I am trained in and have extensive experience applying the Most Significant Change (MSC) technique. This participatory, qualitative evaluation method uncovers and analyses powerful stories of change within programs and projects. I use MSC to engage stakeholders in identifying outcomes that matter most, especially in complex contexts where results are diverse or unpredictable. Through a structured process of collecting, selecting, and interpreting change stories, I help organisations gain deep insight into impact, meaning, and future opportunities.
